The Relational Path Institute (RPI) is a training and personal development institute specializing in the cross-cultural application of Relational Mindfulness. RPI focuses on the training of therapists, coaches and corporate consultants around the world. All therapy and practice at RPI is based on Humanistic and Existential Psychology and rooted in the application of Relational Mindfulness.
Relational Mindfulness is the practice of relational skills based on an individual’s conscious awareness, leading to the development of meaningful interpersonal connection. Relational Mindfulness brings awareness to the automatic interpretations we make about others and their behaviors. It also brings awareness to our reactive behaviors that often leads us to disconnection. Relational Mindfulness uses the individual with whom we are in relationship with, as the focus of our non-judgmental, moment by moment attention.
Humanistic Existential Approach to Relationship Therapy (HEART) is the couple therapy and couple coaching application of Relational Mindfulness. HEART therapists and coaches, assist couples and singles in their journey towards relational growth and healing. The HEART application of relational mindfulness is based on Humanistic and Existential psychology. The theoretical foundation of this approach is based a systematic integration of the leading couple therapy and relationship theory approaches.
Mindfulness Iniciatives for Corporate Excellence (MICE) is the Relational Mindfulness approach to developing leadership and career excellence. The MICE approach is based on the Humanistic and Existential psychology foundations of self- actualization within the human potential. MICE consultants, assist executives and entrepreneurs to utilize Relational Mindfulness, to bring leaders and their teams to their highest potential.
Monica Mansilla, PhD, is an experienced clinician, professor, researcher, and international psychotherapy trainer. Having taught Psychology and Clinical Interventions in several universities in the Middle East, Canada, and the USA, Monica is currently working towards the publication of her first textbook in IRT as well as a textbook and a participant workbook for MBIC groups.
