MEET RPI'S CONTRIBUTOR IN AUSTRALIA: Dafna Kronental  

Dafna has been a yoga and mindfulness teacher and practitioner for the past 10 years. She completed her traditional Hatha yoga teacher training in India and Yin yoga certification in Australia. She facilitates regular yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes and workshops at various studios, corporations, educational institutions and with private clients. She also volunteers for A Sound Life, a charity providing yoga and music therapy to vulnerable communities across Australia.

Dafna is currently finishing her Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy and has an undergraduate degree in International Communications. She is a passionate advocate of holistic mind and body practices that not only cultivate physical strength and flexibility, but replenish vital energy and facilitate personal awareness, growth and well-being.

MEET RPI'S CONTRIBUTOR IN NEW ZEALAND: Steven Dromgool

 

Steven Dromgool is the director of Relate Counselling a specialist relationship team in Auckland, New Zealand.He is cross trained in Imago Relationship Therapy, Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Faced with the challenge of leading and training a multi-disciplinary team and dissatisfied with outdated models of neurology underpinning popular couples therapy he developed the integrated Whole Brain Therapy (WBT) approach.The WBT approach to couples and relationship therapy combines recent insights from relational neurobiology and the most effective practical processes from his advanced studies in couples therapy.Steven brings a strong integrative pedagogic contribution to IRT and the faculty. Steven also teaches the brief introduction to IRT method.
