The Self Awakening Retreat is a 6-days full immersion holistic retreat designed to step into full aliveness and self-love, to reclaim the best version of our-selves, and heal:

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Retreat (MBSR) programs were created by Jon Kabat-Zinn with over 30 years of research, proven to drastically improve people’s long-term experience of wellbeing. This retreat is lead by Monica Mansilla in her approach to MBSR.
